How to find out the release date and decrypt the code?
Battery products are identified in the most common way. The code on the battery cover contains information on the conditions of production, and the year of manufacture can also be determined by marking.
The numbers are grouped in two sequences: the first contains four, and the second contains six numbers. They mean the following:
- 1 - line number;
- 2,3,4 - batch code;
- 5 - the last digit of the year;
- 6 - half a year;
- 7 - a month in half a year;
- 8.9 - release date;
- 0 - responsible for the release team.
For example: 1259 312211. It means that the product was produced on the first line, lot code 259, in 2013, the first half of the year, the second month, on the 21st, that is, 02.21.2013, by the number one brigade.
The situation is different with the heavy group, here the first three digits indicate the battery capacity, then two digits indicate the year, then half-year, another figure is the half-year month, the eighth digit indicates the number of the brigade.
